PDF/VT – PDF for Variable and Transactional Printing

PDF/VT is an ISO standard published in 2010 as ISO 16612-2.  It is a PDF file format designed for variable data printing (where content changes for each recipient, e.g., direct mailings) and transactional printing (e.g., invoices, statements and transpromotional communications).
